Licensed mental health therapists provide face-to-face risk assessments for at-risk individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse needs. Crisis Response Therapists are contacted by law enforcement, through the court system, or hospitals to assist with such people in crisis and are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. CRT interventions allow individuals to be cared for in a manner more suitable to their needs, while enabling law enforcement to respond more quickly to other calls.

Shelter for persons experiencing domestic violence offering emergency housing, food, case management and counseling by an advocate.  Women and children housed on site; men are given safe housing options over the phone. The shelter location is undisclosed to provide greater security for its residents.  It has a comprehensive security system and measures to provide a safe refuge for women and their children fleeing domestic violence. The Shelter provides a warm home-style living setting.  Bedrooms are assigned and include all bedding and pillows. Guests share a living, full kitchen, bathroom spaces, and laundry.  The Shelter provides room for children to play and family space. Food, clothing, and toys will be made immediately available for those fleeing.  Contact the Domestic Violence Shelter 24 hours a day or call the CRISIS Line.

Offers a Disability Access Point, or "DAP", which helps individuals with disabilities, their families, and their caregivers find the services and support they need-both short-term and long-term. DAPs help by giving information, making plans, making referrals and checking in to make sure people are getting the right support to live healthy, independent lives.

Can help with the following services:

- Information and Assistance - Based on presented and identified needs, provides information about programs and services, and helps to connect individuals to service providers in their communities.

- Options Counseling - Provides guidance to individuals so that they may make informed choices about supports and services, typically over a period of 90 days or less. This includes benefits screening and application assistance for programs and services and follow-ups to make sure supports and decisions are assisting the individual.

- Short-term services and supports (STSS) - Include adaptive and assistive equipment, home and vehicle modifications, peer and parent support services, transportation assistance, and other basic needs (time- limited, not covered by insurance). For STSS, individuals will engage in a short-term person-centered plan around services and supports.

- Long-term services and supports - Includes adult day programs, consumer-directed attendant care (CDAC) (non-skilled and skilled), day habilitation, employment like job skills training, prevocational services, and supported employment, intensive residential services (IRSH), personal response systems, respite services like in-home, in-facility, and day camps, supported community living (SCL) and home-based habilitation (hourly), and residential living settings.
