LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) provides supplemental help for the winter heating bills November 1-April 30. Those over 60 or disabled may apply for the season starting in October.

LIHEAP Crisis Assistance, when funding is available, may help with disconnect notices, furnace repair or furnace replacement for homeowners. Crisis assistance is dependent upon funding availability and may be available between April-October.

May have some crisis funding available outside the normal LIHEAP months with local funding, call local County Outreach Office for availability of funding.

Offers a five-day camp for participants ages 5-21 with disabilities the experience of going to day camp. The camp takes place at Scott County Park. Two sessions are available each summer. Due to high demand, only one session per child per year is allowed and enrollment is first come, first served.

Provides budget and debt counseling and education. Also offers HUD-approved Housing Counseling and education including: pre-purchase, mortgage default and foreclosure prevention, bankruptcy counseling and education and credit report review.

Debt Management Program (DMP) also available for clients to pay unsecured debt (credit cards and loans) at reduced interest and fees.

Provides law enforcement services to the Floyd County area, including operating correctional facilities for the detention, confinement, treatment, employment, training, and discipline of individuals charged with or convicted of crimes. Additionally, offers 911 services staffed by trained personnel to assess emergency assistance requests and dispatch appropriate emergency response agencies such as law enforcement, fire, paramedics/EMTs, or ambulance services.

A statewide pro-life organization that advocates for the protection of life from fertilization to natural death. Offers educational groups, lobbying, video library, speakers, and information packets. A non-profit organization dedicated to protecting human life by informing, educating and inspiring society.

Provides an outreach programs seeking to assure that limited-English-proficient immigrants and refugees eligible for WIC and SNAP benefits can successfully access these programs administered by IDHS.

The Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR) administers this program through a network of community-based partner agencies.

Collects property taxes, conducts annual tax sale for delinquent taxes, processes vehicle transactions, issues driver's licenses, and issues motor vehicle titles and registrations.

Offers comprehensive services to support individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, and homelessness. Services include crisis intervention counseling, legal, medical, and personal advocacy, safe shelter, safety planning, transitional and emergency housing, and community education and outreach. 

Specialized programs address domestic violence intervention, helping offenders understand and take responsibility for their actions, develop healthy relationships, and learn conflict resolution and stress management skills. 

Advocacy is provided with landlords, schools, employers, and other professionals to secure rights, prevent eviction or utility shut-offs, and ensure safety. 

Child-focused initiatives include sexual assault prevention programs that educate children about personal boundaries, recognizing inappropriate behavior, and seeking help, as well as support groups for individuals affected by child abuse, offering emotional support, resources, and information. CIAC staff and volunteers travel to meet victims to accommodate their needs. All services are free, voluntary, confidential, and available to all without discrimination.

Offers law enforcement services to the Warren County area. Issues gun/firearm permits, runs requested background checks, and manages the county Jail.

Offers health services and education, focusing on HIV, Hepatitis C, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia counseling and testing. Also provides overdose prevention with Nasal Narcan, and the distribution and training for Fentanyl and Xylazine test strips. Other services offered include blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol screenings, Risk Reduction Counseling with safer sex supplies, and Harm Reduction Counseling with safer use supplies. 

Provides emergency food and gas vouchers to permanent Story County residents who are experiencing a financial crisis or emergency.

Provides residential treatment that uses an intensive curriculum in which patients look into the effect their substance use or gambling disorder has had not only on their lives, but also on their family, friends, employer, and co-workers. Treatment is self-paced and lengths of stay are based on individual needs and each patient's progress.
