Tax preparation for low income individuals/families and senior citizens (60 and over). Family Service Coordinators are trained to help prepare tax forms and/or answer tax questions. All offices are equipped to e-file, and coordinators also assist with Homestead Exemption preparation. No self-employed or farm returns are prepared.

For the 2024 tax season, clients must contact their local office for more information or to schedule an appointment.

Offers one time financial assistance to individuals and families experiencing a crisis that has caused a homeless or near homeless situation. Stability assistance can be used for past due rent, past due utilities, or propane (depending on county). Assistance is available sporadically and only when funding is available.

Provides one-on-one and group mentorships to students ages 8-18. Program includes volunteers becoming mentors, advocates, and role models for community youth. 

Offers free Naloxone kits to those in need. Visit the website to find locations offering the free kits. 

Offers to assist individuals with a mental health diagnosis in obtaining employment. Evaluation and individualized treatment plans include: job searching, job coaching, vocational rehabilitation, assistance with resume writing, mock interviews, on-the-job supports, benefits planning, other skill-based supports for obtaining and maintaining employment.

Services include primary and preventative care for all ages, Treatment of chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and Treatment of acute illness.

Specialty referrals on a limited basis.

Diagnostic services including lab testing and x-ray as needed.
