Geneseo-Atkinson Food Pantry
Provides clothing to those in need. Guests may shop once per week, after signing in at the front desk. Each household is given paper bags to fill (the number of bags depends on the household size) and may choose two larger items from the shelves. Individuals may only take items for their own household, and items received from the Food Pantry may not be sold or given to people outside their household. Donations for the clothing room are accepted during business hours.

Stephenson County Health Department
A voluntary home visiting program that provides family support and coaching for expectant parents and parents of young children ages birth to 3. The program provides guidance about child development, child safety, practical parenting skills, and family bonding. The agency's trained professionals provide regular visits based on the family's needs, preferences, and schedules. Visits may be in-person or virtual.
Doula services are also available. This includes prenatal information and support, labor coaching, breastfeeding, postpartum depression support, and assistance in the early weeks after childbirth.
IMPACT Community Action Partnership – Marion County
Provided at no cost if furnace is malfunctioning. Income must be at or below 200% of poverty guidelines. Applicant must be a county resident and homeowner. Applications are accepted on a year round basis but funding is limited.
