Emergency shelter for survivors of domestic/sexual violence & homelessness with their minor children needing a safe place to stay. There is a 40-bed shelter for victims and their children. A case manager will work with clients while they are at the shelter to make a service plan for them and their children. Residents are provided room and board with meals, 24-hour case management, counseling, and material assistance.

Library services available to the community through the Bennett Martin Public Library (headquarters) including assisting library users in locating and utilizing library resources; extends library services in the community through a network of 7 branches and one bookmobile. Home outreach by mail provides home delivery of library books to the elderly and individuals who are unable to travel to the library due to a temporary or long-term disability. Reference / information service includes an online catalog of holdings; research material for public use within the library; information services providing answers to specific questions; assistance for library users with information searches and locating and utilizing library resources.  Additional services include an index of local newspapers; extensive online databases for use in library or from home; an inter-library loan service to acquire borrowed material which is not owned by Lincoln City Libraries; and free public access to the Internet. Geriatric/Dementia Group: Includes individuals who need cognitive supports in an environment that is safe, comfortable and quiet. This allows people in this program to receive the guidance they require in a structured setting with focused engaging activities.
