Provides mental health services for individuals in need. Services include evidence-based practices to help individuals overcome challenges and live fulfilling lives, reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, and promote mental skills as essential components of overall health. 

Services for adults with developmental disabilities include:

- Business Services: Support and training to work in the community.

- Developmental Training: Work skills, recreation, and daily living skills to enhance personal independence and self-esteem.

- Work: Vocational evaluation, job training, regular work, supported employment, and job placement services for persons with disabilities. Community Recycling Center is a part of this program.

- Community Integrated Living Arrangements: Clients who lease or own their own homes may receive support in the areas of budgeting, shopping, cooking, communication with medical providers, and participation in social and recreational events.

- Family Support - Services are provided to support families in caring for their special needs members.

Offers blood donation facilities in northeastern Illinois.

Types of donations accepted:

- Whole blood donation.

- Double red donation.

- Platelet donation.

Offers financial assistance for Indianola residents once a year for rent or their IMU utility bill. 

Provides a summer camp for children. Activities include arts and crafts, sports, field trips, nature-based programs, and more. 

Provides behavioral health services to those in need. Services include mental health evaluations, individual, couples, family and group counseling, substance abuse treatment and counseling, and medication management. 

Employment services including job matching and referral, job search and job placement assistance, career guidance and assessment, employer services, labor market information, apprenticeships, veteran services, resume design, interview skills development, and a variety of other programs and services.

Computers with internet available.

Many services also apply to out-of-school individuals ages 14-24 with employment barriers, including:

-- Paid work experience, summer employment, and on-the-job training opportunities

-- Tuition assistance

-- On site tutoring

-- Support services to assist with application fees, enrollment fees, work attire, school or work supplies, etc.

Provides a continuum of mental health treatment, supports and habilitation services designed to assist adults with a serious mental illness to overcome barriers and develop a happy and meaningful life. CBRS staff are committed to helping individuals who desire increased satisfaction in life areas including home, work, school and relationships. Services provided: First Episode Recovery Support Team (FERST), Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), Supported Community Living (SCL), Community Support Services (CSS).

Provides permanent supportive housing options for individuals who are homeless and have a documented mental illness or developmental disability.

Provides a range of therapy and counseling services to children, teens, adults, and parents. Intensive services are available for children and teens at risk of entering the child welfare or juvenile justice system, including therapy, skill development, supervision, and referrals to community resources.

Parent counseling services are offered to address emotional difficulties or conflicts related to parenting roles, with options for individual, group, or conjoint counseling to explore and resolve mental, emotional, or social challenges impacting parenting.
