Offers free GED preparation classes in Spanish and English to adults in the community. Additional incentives include:

- Free official practice GED tests.

- Constitution test.

- Partial scholarship to cover the official GED Exam fees.

- Free college course to GED graduates.

Offers a wide range of behavioral healthcare and integrated care services. Services include the following:

Individualized Treatment Services includes, comprehensive mental health and substance use assessment, counseling services, crisis stabilization, life skills development, and dual diagnosis services.

Substance use treatment services includes, outpatient treatment services, DUI evaluations and risk education, substance abuse education, substance use counseling, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Psychiatric services include, medication assessment, medication monitoring, psychiatric services available in all Sinnissippi Centers' main office locations.

Provides management and maintenance of all trial court records; process fines, fees, and court costs owed to the state; child support checks and civil judgments owned to litigants; and maintain record of liens on property.

Provides food to those in need. 

Educational Support Services to public and nonpublic schools including school improvement, special education, and media. Special Education Services include:

Provides financial assistance to individuals with disabilities and the agencies that serve them in Jo Daviess. The foundation requires the submission of grant applications in order to disburse funds. Immediate need funding requests may be submitted directly to the Executive Director or the Grant/Gifting Chair of the Hope Foundation of Jo Daviess County.

Requests for grants must be related, but not limited to:

- Health.

- Housing.

- Transportation.

- Education.

- Employment.

Provides inpatient and outpatient mental health services. Services include treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, self-harm and suicidality, family/relationship problems, OCD, and confusion/memory loss.

Offers items such as wheelchairs, walkers, tub handrails, crutches and other assistive equipment and items. After 30 days client must return item or contact the public health nurse if needed for a longer period of time.

Full service public lending library, reference, children's, videos, music cassettes/CDs, books on tape and CD, DVDs, online databases, and e-books. Internet access and wi-fi available. Computer labs. Free computer classes for youth, teens, and adults on MS Office software programs, internet surfing, internet job searching, and other classes; call or see website for details.

Meeting rooms and study rooms are available at some locations.

Offers a  partnership with families who receive FIP to provide them with the support they need to gain independence from public assistance. The program is voluntary and does not affect FIP benefits. It is focused on families success and growth. Contact your local outreach center for more information.

Provides weekly drive thru dinner.

Homeless prevention, rental counseling, housing assistance and advocacy to assist persons to avoid homelessness and locate permanent housing.

Due to funding limitations, each inquiry or application will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility and available support.

Engages clients in structured activities centered on personal choice, individualized care, and goal setting. The program offers social interaction and community engagement. Typical activities range from day trips and volunteering with local organizations to working on personal goals like self-advocacy, health monitoring, and adaptive skills.

Administers the federal family planning program by subcontracting with health clinics across Iowa for direct services. The organization refers low-income clients to these clinics for discounted or free family planning services, but does not provide direct clinical services

Safer sex supplies, including condoms, lube, emergency contraception, and pregnancy test strips, are available to all Iowans at no cost through the organization.
