Works with income-eligible homeowners to make their homes safer and more energy efficient by eliminating heat loss and air infiltration areas in the home. After the initial assessment, recommendations on home improvements are given to the homeowner and the Weatherization team will coordinate repairs with contractors. Examples of common improvements include sealing cracks, insulating attics, or repairing windows and doors. All improvements are completed at no cost to the homeowner.

Additional priority is given to households with elderly, disabled, and young children.

Prescriptions for Narcan Nasal Spray at no cost. Narcan (naloxone hydrochloride) is a life-saving medication that can reverse an overdose from opioids, including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription opioid medications, when given in time.

Provides a community college serving local residents.

Offers health care services for women veterans of all ages. Primary care providers specialize in women’s health, including specialists in gynecology, obstetrics, female urology, oncology, medicine, radiology, surgery, and breast illness.

Offers a free and confidential crisis line for veterans. Can also help with local suicide prevention coordinators, who can connect veterans to ongoing counseling and services in their area. 

Help women transition back into society from incarceration and drug treatment programs.  Provide weekly support groups and offer resources.

The mission of the program is to collect and distribute new unwrapped toys as Christmas gifts to children less fortunate in the local community, ages 6 months-12 years. Riders are encouraged to schedule trips at least one working day in advance (same-day service is available if space permits), and riders must be ready for pick-up 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations must be made at least two hours prior to pick-up time.

All vehicles are wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.

• Cardiology: A cardiologist is available for patients with complex heart conditions
• Vision Care: Eye health and glasses prescriptions
• Stop Smoking: Preventing smoking by medication and changes in lifestyle
• Fatty Liver Disease Control: Checking liver for damage and become healthier with exercise and nutrition
• Exercise Training: Developing a healthy home exercise routine.

Provides hospice services. Services include care in patient’s home or in a home-like setting, pain control and comfort measures, physical, emotional, spiritual and social support, and support for family members.
