Provides support services to individuals caring for a Veteran with serious illness or disabilities. For qualifying individuals, access to training, counseling, or respite care may be available.

Provides assistance in purchasing personal care items, such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, deodorant, dish soap, cleaning supplies, and adult hygiene products. In addition, an additional voucher may be issued to allow households to purchase diapers, wipes, and creams, up to $100 per child, for children under the age of 5 or a child with a diagnosed disability.

Thrift store available with furniture, household goods, hardware & tools, building materials, doors, windows, cabinets, countertops, sinks, plumbing, electrical, lighting, paint, and mattresses are some of the many items available.

The Population Health team is a free resource available to help patients reach their health and wellness goals.

Nurse Health Coaches work one-on-one with patients and their families to evaluate health needs, environmental factors, and other barriers to their health and wellness. They then help patients establish plans and goals to achieve a healthy lifestyle, working closely with local and state resources to ensure that each person receives the support that they need.

Provides a shopping card to eligible families to purchase a new pair of shoes for children at the start of the school year. Only available during the summer months before school starts.

Provides community resource flyers and information offering referrals to programming. Clothing vouchers as available, food pantry as available, and computer access. 

Psychological services including outpatient therapy, dual diagnosis treatment and inpatient mental health services. Services also include outpatient group mental health therapy and outpatient group therapy for individuals with dual diagnosis disorder.

Forensic interviews when requested by law enforcement or Child Protective Services. A child interview specialist will conduct a video-taped forensic interview with the child. One of the goals of this interview is to reduce the number of times the child must tell the story of his/her abuse.

Medical exams to evaluate children who are suspected to have been abused or neglected.

Assessment and referrals by mental health professionals, who assess each child’s needs and refer them to the appropriate therapy, support groups, and other resources. Families also receive help in “understanding the system”.

Multidisciplinary teams consisting of law enforcement, Child Protective Services, medical professionals, prosecution, school personnel, Project Harmony staff, and other professionals regularly review cases to make certain children do not fall through the cracks. Teams work toward making changes and finding solutions to any problems in reporting and investigating child abuse, permanency, treatment, and system issues.

Anyone can refer a case to the teams; call and include:

- The child's name.

- Date of birth.

- School.

- Protective Service Worker's name.

- The reason for the referral.

Training to professionals and volunteers.

Provides toys at Christmastime for low-income children, as well as a food voucher.
