Topics covered in class include safely dealing with anger, defining and identifying abuse, male and female differences, how to communicate effectively, conflict resolution, forgiveness, developing trust, learning what healthy and lasting relationships look like and are, and parenting skills.

Offers sober living for those in recovery. Services also include permanent shared housing for adults who are recovering from substance misuse or co-occurring, leaving a treatment program, unstable housing, or reentering the community. 

Provides services to individuals who have conditions such as congestive heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes, muscle-nerve problems or respiratory diseases and are able to be discharged from a hospital or nursing home but need additional care at home. Require short term assistance at home because of same day or outpatient surgery or maternity-related incapacity.

West Nile Virus - dead bird collection and testing and mosquito trapping and testing c. Rabies monitoring in animals and investigate potential human exposures d. Offers Basic Skills/GED® classes, English as a Second Language instruction, and programs that prepare individuals for U.S. citizenship by fostering an understanding of American culture, history, government, and civic responsibilities. Volunteer opportunities are also available.

NAMI Family Support Group:

- Offers a monthly support group for family members and loved ones of people living with a mental illness.

- NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group: Offers a weekly recovery support group of people living with mental illness in which people learn from each others' experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.

Offers a variety of services for public health and safety purposes.

- Inspection of Tanning Facilities.

- Radon Detection Program.

Delivers skilled nursing and therapy services to persons in their homes. Some of the services include wound and diabetic care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and disease specific education.

Offers Child Care Expense Assistance through the Iowa Department of Human services is available to the children of income-eligible parents who are absent for a portion of the day due to employment or participation in academic or vocational training or PROMISE JOBS activities. Offers attendance and truancy prevention and intervention services. Truancy Specialists make contact via letter or phone call to discuss attendance concerns with parent(s)/guardian(s), conducts home visits, provides one-on-one informal attendance counseling between Truancy Specialist and student, works as a liaison between student, family, and school district, and links students and families to local area social service as needed.

Offers Credit Recovery to all districts in the coverage area and it is provided via on-line instruction. Students who have failed courses required for graduation, can be referred to TAP for Credit Recovery, contact school's guidance counselor.

Provides local and long distance taxi services for all needs including medical appointments, shopping, and social needs. Offers long distance rides to La Crosse, WI, Rochester and Minneapolis, MN.
