The ride home must be to a residence or hotel only, with no additional stop after the initial pickup. The ride must originate in Douglas or Sarpy County and end in Douglas or Sarpy County.

ADA complementary paratransit service for people who cannot access the conventional, fixed-route bus network due to a disability or disabling health condition. Clients must be registered to use this service.

MOBY service mirrors the geographic areas, days, and hours of the fixed-route bus network, within ¾ mile of each fixed route and a ¾ mile radius at the ends of each route. Changes to fixed-route service level (routing, days or hours) will have the same effect on this paratransit service.

Johnson County Social Services Office

Provides short term, emergency assistance to residents of Johnson County. Assistance includes rent, lot rent, utilities (gas, electric, water), non-food and emergency food vouchers. Assistance is possible up to 3 months in a 12 month period. A new application must be submitted each month assistance is needed. Rent assistance will not be used to supplements Section 8 Housing Assistance or other federally subsidized units. Veterans are referred to Johnson County Veterans Affairs. If not currently employed, all adult members of the household must be actively seeking employment. Applicants who state they are unable to work may be required to provide written verification from a doctor.
