Additionally, guidance is available on child passenger safety, including selecting an appropriate car seat based on a child's height and weight, correct car seat installation, and ensuring proper child restraint in vehicles.

Provides augmentative and alternative communication options through assistive technology, which enables children and youth with disabilities to participate more fully in all aspects of life. Augmentative and Alternative Communication includes various communication methods that enhance or replace verbal speech or writing for individuals with communication disabilities. Nursing home facility offering adult day care, respite care, and hospice services.

Offers a before and after school program. Services provide children individual and group tutoring, as well as mentoring services to decrease school suspensions and to address the mental health and academic needs. Children are given a snack and provided with homework assistance, life skills, and recreational activities.

Provides in-person and virtual tax assistance to anyone free of charge with a special focus on taxpayers who are over 50 or have low-to-moderate income for the 2026 tax season. Free, year-round tax assistance is also available on the Internet. Taxpayers can post tax questions to online tax assistors by visiting the website.

Free home repairs and modifications for low-income homeowners age 60 and over. Services include plumbing, electrical, roofs, gutters, flooring, grab bars, handrails, ramps, tub/shower modifications and other critical repairs.

Offers to assist households with window air conditioners (renters or homeowners) and also do some repairs to central air conditioners (homeowners). Must meet income guidelines for the program and have an application completed. Must have a medical need to be eligible for the program. Program runs May through September.

Emergency 24 hour temporary shelter, operating during winter months (November 1st through April 30th) annually. Food is provided.
