Provides services to veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless due to financial hardship, unemployment, addiction, mental health, or justice involvement. Services include immediate food and shelter assistance, including both transitional and permanent housing, outreach to community shelters and places not meant for human habitation, job training, life skills development, and education, financial support to prevent homelessness, addiction and mental health treatment, and justice system navigation and community reentry from incarceration.

Offers a free meals to anyone who comes. There is a clothing rack (not a clothing closet) and a table with a few non-perishable items for free.

- Developmental-behavioral pediatrics,

- Ear, nose and throat,

- Audiology,

- Orthopedics and sports medicine,

- Pediatric gastroenterology,

- Pediatric hematology assessment,

- Pediatric neurology,

- Pediatric ophthalmology,

- Pediatric rheumatology,

- Pediatric cardiology,

- Same Day Pediatrics.

Provides food to those in need. 

Provides eligible homeowners with mortgage assistance who have had economic hardship to sustain housing.

Offers various recreational and educational programs for the entire family, including youth and adult sports, and swimming instruction.

Clinics are community outreach programs which provide early intervention services using applied behavior analysis (ABA), which is a research-supported treatment for autism spectrum disorders. The clinics offer one-on-one services for toddlers with autism and a caregiver-training program.

Community Health includes animal bite reporting, communicable disease control, community health planning, public health nursing, information about COVID-19 immunization clinics, and emergency preparedness.

Offers educational classes on a variety of topics.

Provides head lice prevention and information on control.

Thanksgiving Dinner will be provided Thursday, November 27, 2025., 12 pm-1:30 pm at Community of Christ Church, 140 West Kanesville Blvd.

Meals are available for eat-in or delivery by reservation only. Available to Council Bluffs and local Iowa residents. Reservations are required and must be made by phone between November 10-21, Mon-Fri 9 am-3 pm. Call St. Albert's High School at (402) 671-5202.

Provides a recreation pass that provides a discount to families for activities at the Knoxville Recreation Center. Families who qualify receive 50% off of monthly passes to use the fitness rooms, pool and much more.

Provides police and dispatch services responsible for emergency assessment and response.

- For residents of Wymore, calls for home delivered meals must be made to the Beatrice Senior Center, at (402) 223-3055 or the main office at (402) 223-1376.

- For residents of Palmyra, calls for home delivered meals must be made to the Syracuse Senior Center, at (402) 269-2957.

- For residents of Nebraska City, home delivered meals must be arranged through the city's Meals on Wheels program.
