A center combining curated teaching, state-of-the art technology, and a specially designed facility to allow students with autism and developmental disabilities to achieve their maximum potential. Programs include:

- Therapeutic day academy.

- Hope vocational academy.

- Summer camp.

Provides an additional pay intended to help service members pay for housing based on the housing costs in local civilian housing markets when government quarters are not provided. The allowance a service member receives is based on their rank, the housing location, and whether or not the service member has dependents.

Clothing such as coats, boots, gloves, scarves, and sweaters are given away at no cost to low-income persons; donations of these items are always accepted. Books, VHS or DVD movies, and other household items may be available. There is no charge for any item.

Supplemental nutrition program for infants, children up to the age of 5, and women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have had a baby in the last 6 months. Provides education, resources and support to pregnant and postpartum women.

Provides weatherization services to make homes more energy efficient through health and safety checks including furnaces, insulation, water heaters and sealing doorways and windows. Inefficient heating components may be repaired or replaced.

Provides support to individuals, family members, and/or significant others in making informed care choices based on the individual's needs, preferences, values, and circumstances. Services may include offering information and guidance about Medicaid eligibility, application processes, managed care options, covered benefits (including long-term care and home and community-based services), co-payment procedures, Medicaid spend-down requirements, and the connections between Medicaid and Medicare. Assistance may also include addressing questions about Medicaid services for individuals with disabilities, enrollment support, and referrals to Medicaid-approved providers.

Provides library services to the Estherville area. Invites community residents to gather for meetings, programs, reading, studying, summer reading program, computer classes, and also free checkout of cake pans, molds and cookie cutters. Computers are also available for public use. 

Provides support groups, one on one support, service coordination, and respite services to caregivers caring for older adults ages 60 and older, or a caregiver caring for an individual with dementia of any age. 

Family Resource Program offers language skills, citizenship classes, translation and other assistance regarding INS documents, birth certificates, marriage certificates, high school and college diploma, educational transcripts, and health care services. Offers tax return filings to the community. Employment assistance to job seekers, and employment Bulletin Board information and referral services through bilingual radio program.

Parenting Kindly education to Asian parents.

Youth Leadership Program where youth meet every week to learn leadership skills, community and cultural involvement, and career development skills. Offers Asian Student scholarships - currently provides four (4) $500 scholarships to Asian graduating seniors from any Lincoln Public School.

Seniors Program provides weekly group education programs at the center providing health and behavioral health services to Asian elders.

Cultural education through sharing and presenting the Asian cultural information and activities in Lincoln/Lancaster County. Other cultural activities such as lectures, Tet festival, talks and a number of multi-cultural training sessions, Vietnamese and Chinese language classes, and cooking classes are organized at the Center for a wide variety of groups throughout the year. Cultural and resource orientation classes are offered to New Americans and refugees to educate and share cultural aspects that will help to the refugee community to understand and adjust to have a harmonious life.

Help consumers prepare electronic and paper applications for SNAP, unemployment, legal aid and resumes.

Provides probation supervision for offenders after being convicted of a criminal offense as ordered by the Court; in lieu of incarceration. Also provides parole and probation and presentence services for justice involved adults and provides court ordered domestic violence educational interventions for adults convicted of family/domestic violence.
