Offers library services to the Corydon community. Services include books, audiobooks, DVDs, public internet access, a digital library with hoopla, eBooks, audiobooks through Libby, and regular programs for adults and children. 

Investigates allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of older adults and individuals with disabilities who live in a domestic setting. Interventions and referrals offered to any victims including but are not limited to in-home services, legal, medical, relocation, and counseling.

Medicaid will pay the costs of Health care, Dental care, In-home health care, Nursing facility care or Residential facility care.

Thanksgiving and Christmas food boxes and Christmas gift distribution for families in the Tri-City area, all on a registered basis.

Services include group therapy, intensive outpatient treatment, DUI evaluation, and educational services. Various outpatient interventions are offered and delivered to residents and their families.

Bridgeway’s Prevention Program provides alcohol and drug prevention education for youth, through an evidence-based curriculum, throughout local school districts in Illinois.

Offers to coordinate health services by giving a social assessment and help obtaining a physician, payment sources, child birth education, prenatal education, and postpartum care.

Offers government subsidized housing for older adults and people with disabilities.

Home visitation program for pregnant parents and families with children up to age three. The program provides case management services, including individual needs assessments, the development of care plans, and the coordination of service delivery. Staff advocate for families, monitor progress, and ensure services are obtained to maximize child development and provide a foundation for school success. Services also include developmental screening to minimize potential learning barriers and interventions designed to prevent child abuse and neglect.

Provides suicide prevention and mental health education at every public middle school, high school, or private schools. Services are designed to teach students on how to practice healthy coping skills, recognize early warning signs of mental health challenges, reach out to trusted adults for help, or connect with school and community resources.

Provides mental health services to those in need within the Troy Township area. Services include counseling, medication management, or both depending on the need of the individual. Offers in person and tele-health appointments.

Offers limited emergency assistance for, rent (last $100), utilities (last $75), diapers, other basic needs (such as hygiene products) for individuals and families who are experiencing economic hardship, assistance based on an immediate precipitating event, refers callers to appropriate community agencies that may be able to assist.

Offers The Iowa Spanish Help Line providing information and resources for Iowans who speak Spanish. Help is available for things such as: Filling out forms for unemployment, small business relief funds, and public benefits. Providing educational assistance for students and parents including filling out the FAFSA application, finding and applying for postsecondary education and helping to find scholarships. Facilitating advocacy in navigating the healthcare system and any other systems as necessary Accessing local and state assistance and finding other sources for clients who cannot access local and state assistance. Finding employment and other financial resources. Reading important mail and forms in English that the client would not otherwise be able to access. Providing up-to-date information regarding questions and concerns related to COVID-19 in Iowa. Locating an appropriate provider in their area for clients who do not have a medical home or connecting with their current medical home regarding medical concerns or questions. Connecting with their local Latino-led organization for support, connection and advocacy.
