Mid-Sioux Opportunity Outreach Office - Plymouth County
Head Start and Early Head Start are comprehensive child development programs that serve children from birth to age five, pregnant women and their families. The programs are child-focused and have the overall goal of increasing the school readiness of young children in low-income families.
Both programs provide a range of individualized services in the areas of education, medical, dental and mental health, nutrition and social service to children and their families. Parent involvement is encouraged and support is offered for children with disabilities.

Offers coordinated services to terminally ill patients and their families in their chosen environment.
Provides a personalized care plan that is based on patient/family goals, needs and desires.
Physical, psychological, social, and spiritual care is available from a medically directed interdisciplinary team consisting of physicians, nurses, therapists, home health aides, social workers, pastors, volunteers, music therapist, massage therapist, or chaplain.
Care plans may include medical care, pain and symptom management.

Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska - Columbus
Works to assist girls to develop their potential by learning to make decisions, being accountable for their own actions, and becoming responsible, contributing members of society, emphasizing career exploration and leadership development.
Adult volunteers work directly with girls in troops, as well as advisory and/or planning functions.
Catron Camp and Retreat Center for Girls Scouts from Nebraska and surrounding states, youth groups, businesses and families. Includes three camping areas, a lodge for year-around camping, a physical challenge course with high and low elements, accessible pool, and sports area.
