Three Rivers Public Library - Minooka Branch
Provides library services to the residents of Grundy and Will Counties. Will also provide delivery of books, DVDs, and CDs to card-holding patrons who are unable to physically come to the library. This service is offered on a long-term or temporary basis, depending on need. Library staff can assist in selecting materials for those that need it. Materials will be dropped off and picked up. Also provides Talking Book and Braille Service (TBBS) provides audio and braille service via mail or digital download to any Illinois resident who is unable to read standard print material due to a permanent or temporary visual or physical disability.

Participants will gain knowledge to improve food quality and learn techniques that support the protection and utilization of food products. The program includes a 6-hour course and certification exam, offering the opportunity to become a certified Food Protection Manager through the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. The division is responsible for the construction and maintenance of the County Secondary Road System, including ditch cleaning, roadway surface repairs, bridge and culvert repairs, and snow removal.
Hardin County Family Services and Emergency Food Pantry
Provides in-home support to families receiving FIP (welfare) assistance, helping the family to increase stability and become economically self-sufficient. Family development specialists meet one-on-one with families in regular home visits. Families might pursue resources needed for stability, like emergency food, energy assistance, and stable housing.
United Way of Wapello County - VITA Tax Site - Albia
Tax preparation offered free to low and moderate income individuals starting late-January, 2026. Appointments are available starting February-March in Ottumwa, Albia, and Fairfield. First appointment is an intake interview. Services may also assist with prior year filings and post-deadline return.

Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD), most common in people over 50 years old, is a medical condition in which arteries in the legs are clogged or narrowed. To promote early detection and treatment, OSF St. Joseph Medical Center is offering PVD screenings to the community or business upon request. Classes, programs, and events can be viewed on website.
