Y Weight Loss is designed for individuals looking to lose weight through education, personalized goal setting, and small, sustainable changes.

The Mills County YMCA only offers Y Weight Loss and the YMCA Healthy Living Center only offers Brain and Body.

Offers various recreational and educational programs for the entire family, including youth and adult sports, and swimming instruction.

Provides free medical transportation for children diagnosed with cancer. Services help prevent missed medical appointments and improving outcomes for children living in poverty or families that are facing cancer-related financial toxicity.

Provides long-term care to help veterans and their families when dealing with a disability, chronic (long-lasting) illness, or serious health issues related to aging. Long-term health care services include 24 hour nursing and medical care, physical therapy, and help with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, making meals, and taking medicine.

Provides probation supervision for offenders after being convicted of a criminal offense as ordered by the Court; in lieu of incarceration. Also provides parole and probation and presentence services for justice involved adults and provides court ordered domestic violence educational interventions for adults convicted of family/domestic violence.

Offers a collection of tools and supplies made available to community members and organizations to maintain and improve their homes, gardens and communities. Free membership required. Affordable tool rentals are available to anyone 18-years-old or older. We strive to be the most affordable option for quality tools. We have volunteer opportunities available.

Unemployment Insurance benefits assist individuals who are unemployed through no fault of their own. Benefits are paid from the Nebraska State Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund. The fund is supported solely by a special tax on employers. Unemployment claims are filed online at NEworks.nebraska.gov.

Christmas gifts to children whose parents are incarcerated. Camping and Sports Camps offered to children whose parents are incarcerated.

The program is active for Christmas 2025; the parent(s) in prison must register through their prison chaplain.
