For Halloween 2025, dates are October 16-19 and October 23-26, from 5:30 pm-9 pm. The last admission is 8:30 pm. Tickets may be purchased at the door, or purchased in advance online on the website (Advanced purchase recommended). Tickets are $10 for the general admission and $6 for Blank Park Zoo members.

LIHEAP (low income home energy assistance program) provides assistance with a utility bill. Applications are accepted November 1 – April 30; for elderly or disabled individuals applications are accepted starting October 1. Income must fall within 200% of poverty guideline. Call for an appointment. A letter has been sent to those who may be eligible for early application in August or September.
**This program is not designed to pay a household's total energy costs. The program will provide supplemental assistance based on several factors. This is a one-time payment to your energy provider.

Offers support and education groups that cover the advantages of breastfeeding, how to breastfeed, starting solids, childbirth, and weaning. Groups meet monthly, and meetings last about 90 minutes. Accredited leaders also provide breastfeeding information by phone.
Meeting Information:
- Day meeting - Held the second Tuesday of each month at 10 am, at St. John's United Methodist Church (109 West 14th Street, Davenport, in the upstairs children's room).
- Night meeting - Held the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7 pm, at UnityPoint Hospital, Bettendorf (Room 2224); dads are welcome at this meeting.
