Tax preparation for low and moderate income taxpayers of all ages, with special attention to people 60 and older during tax season (Feb 1-April 15).

Combined administration of all state prisons, juvenile centers, and adult and juvenile parole services. Services include constituent services/family liaison, victim services, adult education and vocational services, structured impact programs, life skills re-entry centers, summit of hope events, community support advisory councils, and parole re-entry group. 

Offers a program for parents and youth individuals ages 10-14 to work together and build relationships. Participants will practice skills, play learning games, and do family projects in highly interactive sessions. Sessions are designed to increase family bonding, build positive communication skills, and solve problems together. 

Offers primary care services to those in need. Services include birth control counseling, childhood immunizations, confidential HIV testing, drug and alcohol testing, general physical examinations, gynecology services, pregnancy testing, seasonal flu vaccines, sexually transmitted disease screening, and well baby care.

Offers site-based permanent housing to adults living with a disabling condition (primarily HIV). Individuals living in permanent housing are afforded case management, advocacy, and other supportive services.

Also offers community-based permanent housing. Offers permanent housing to adults in apartments throughout the community. Provides housing to the chronically homelessness, HIV positive individuals, and disabled individuals.

Provides food to residents in need.

Provides evaluation and intervention services that identify developmental needs, deliver and coordinate early childhood special education programs.

Services and activities for senior citizens within York County to support their independence and community involvement.

Information and referral, including referrals for minor home repair, yard work, personal care, and homemaker services.

Counseling and case management.

Recreational activities.

Assistance with Medicare and medical insurance.

Friendly visiting.

Provides hospital services, including primary care, specialty care, virtual care, and more.

Provides assistance with filing of Benefits Access Application, Medicare Part D, and general information and referral to other services for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Provides case/care management assessments for seniors who may need homemaker services.
