DOVES Program, The - Alliance
Provides abuse and crisis intervention services to those going through a domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or sex trafficking situation. Services include a family violence crisis line, counseling or counseling referrals for survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault, emergency shelter and transportation, peer support groups, and child advocacy.
Protection order assistance, criminal justice/legal advocacy, and medical advocacy are also available to those who may need it.
Support group for victims of domestic violence. Open to anyone who is experiencing or has experienced abuse in an intimate relationship, including individuals who are still involved in the abusive relationship. Transportation available.
OSF Peace Meal at OSF PromptCare - St. Joseph Medical Center
Congregate: Nutritious meals are provided Monday-Friday by carryout from an OSF Peace Meal central kitchen. Peace meals improve nutrition in older adults through the provision of meals, nutrition assessments, and nutrition education. Reservations must be made a day in advance.
Home delivery: Assessment required to determine eligibility. Meals would be delivered Mon-Fri. OSF Peace Meal staff works with participants to provide emergency meal packs and weekend or secondary meals when needed.

Offers students a safe, confidential way in which to share information that might help prevent suicides, bullying, school violence or other threats to school safety.
Also offers support and resources for the following:

Chadron Community Hospital and Health Services
Child safety seat inspections and education.
Nationally certified Child Passenger Safety Seat Technicians are available in the hospital to inspect your newborn's infant seat for any recalls or defects and are also available to teach you how to properly install them.
Nebraska state law requires children up to age six to ride correctly secured in a federally approved child safety seat. This violation carries a $25 fine plus court costs and 1 point is assessed against the operator's driving record.
