Provide peer-led support and educate adults who are dealing with mental health and or substance abuse issues that want to improve their quality of life. This is done by being there to listen, groups, and classes on different mental health issues and on recovery.

Offers outpatient treatment services for substance use. Services are self-paced, and length of time is based on individual need. Group meetings are available. Individual and family counseling sessions are provided as needed.

Services offered:

- Annual exams

- Pregnancy testing

- Family planning

- HIV and STI testing and counseling

- Pap smears

- Cervical cancer screening

- Breast Exams

Employment services including job matching and referral, job search and job placement assistance, career guidance and assessment, employer services, labor market information, apprenticeships, veteran services, resume design, interview skills development, and a variety of other programs and services.

Computers with internet available.

Many services also apply to out-of-school individuals ages 14-24 with employment barriers, including:

-- Paid work experience, summer employment, and on-the-job training opportunities

-- Tuition assistance

-- On site tutoring

-- Support services to assist with application fees, enrollment fees, work attire, school or work supplies, etc.

Provides a range of therapy and counseling services to children, teens, adults, and parents. Intensive services are available for children and teens at risk of entering the child welfare or juvenile justice system, including therapy, skill development, supervision, and referrals to community resources.

Parent counseling services are offered to address emotional difficulties or conflicts related to parenting roles, with options for individual, group, or conjoint counseling to explore and resolve mental, emotional, or social challenges impacting parenting.

Telehealth services offered statewide. 

Adult Co-occurring Disorders Residential Treatment Program offers transitional housing and residential treatment for adults 19 and over with co-occurring severe and persistent mental illness and substance dependence. Services include individual, group, and family counseling; recreational therapy; case management; and psychiatric services. Expected stay of 6-8 months.

Community Transitions provides psychiatric residential rehabilitation services in a residential setting to prepare adults with serious mental illness for community living.

Provides capacity-building assistance to support and strengthen Hispanic community-based organizations as well as providing an Hispanic perspective on issues such as immigration, housing, health, employment and training, and civil rights enforcement through applied research, policy analysis, and advocacy

Armed forces emergency communications.

Offers library services and programs for the public including story times. Items that may be borrowed from or used in the library include CDs/DVDs, large print materials, audio books, magazines, and newspapers. The library also provides access to computers, WIFI access available, reference, and information services.

Waiver allows Medicaid dollars to be used for specific services for those with long term care needs. Must be Medicaid eligible, with needs which would require nursing facility care and can be safely served at home. Services may include housekeeping, grocery shopping, respite, transportation, lifeline, and assisted living.

Provides a hot meal every 4th Monday to anyone who comes to the church.

Offers home health care nursing services, including home visits.  Also supervises personal care aides and coordinates with other agencies.

Provides drive thru food pantry that distributes food to those in need. Also offers personal items, cleaning supplies, and baby items, if available.
