Provides mental health and psychiatry services to those in need. Services include counseling, medication management, and mental health case management.

Services offered:

- Sports and DOT physicals

- Prevention screenings

- Chronic disease management for diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol

- Nutrition and weight loss counseling

- Treatment for acute illnesses and injuries

- Annual flu shots

Program services include rental assistance up to HUD Fair Market Rent allowance and case management. Can remain on program as long as eligibility requirements are met.

State Supplement adds to the benefits of the federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Program to bring the income of aged and disabled individuals up to the need of standards of Nebraska. Additionally, some persons are not eligible for SSI payments, but qualify for a State Supplement payment because of different standards and regulations.

State Disability provides aid to needy persons who have a disability expected to last for at least six months, but less than the 12 months required to be eligible for the federal Supplemental Security Income Program.

Angel tree applications close Dec 5, 2025, or until all spots are full.

Provides a Toys for Tots sign up during the holiday season. The program screens each applicant and checks with other organizations in the community to maximize the number of families helped during the holiday season and reduce the number of duplications.

Works in partnership with the US Marine Corp each year to offer the Toys for Tots program. Children must be age 12 or younger and reside in the household.

Assists with clothing (children and some men's), bus cards, food, hygiene essentials, household items (cannot deliver large items), and occasionally gas cards, etc.

Located on the upstairs level of the church building.

Offers outpatient treatment services for substance use. Services are self-paced, and length of time is based on individual need. Group meetings are available. Individual and family counseling sessions are provided as needed.

Provides family friendly meals, served to go, outside of the building.

Provides a in-school drug prevention and education program for students. Services explain the consequences of drug use as well as skills and strategies for not getting involved with drugs. It begins with critical skills like peer refusal skills, decision-making, goal setting, and managing emotions. 

Offers to help children in grades 4-12 develop knowledge and skills. Services include learning about citizenship, leadership, cooking, arts and crafts, mechanics and technology, horticulture, agriculture, and other subjects. To teach young people about these subjects, the 4-H program uses the learn-by-doing method of instruction.

Child Support Enforcement Unit enforces and/or establishes child support orders, medical support for minor children.

Monitors the collection of payments made by the absent parent, if necessary. No custody or visitation issues.

Offers a community congregate luncheon site for those who are able to gather for lunch and social activities.

Provides a youth residential center, youth therapeutic treatment center, youth emergency shelter, teen parenting treatment center, and a community youth shelter. Services may include professional counseling services (school-based counseling, crisis response, mental health awareness and training) and substance use services (intensive outpatient program, DUI services, DUI court ordered evaluations).
