Provides engineering and design of County roadway projects, including local resurfacing and bridge replacement. Provides shelter and veterinary care to homeless animals and places suitable animals in new homes through an adoption program. Services also include dog training classes; pet-owner support programs, including a pet-food pantry and low-cost vaccine clinics; and a variety of humane education programs. The Society’s Humane Investigators respond to community concerns regarding animal neglect or cruelty under the Illinois Humane Care for Animals Act. A robust volunteer program helps the Society fulfill its mission. 

Provides a matrix treatment model that includes active treatment and long-term aftercare support, featuring family and individual therapy, gender-specific groups, and services tailored to individuals convicted of driving under the influence (DUI). The program incorporates a dual-diagnosis approach with on-site integrated mental health evaluation and treatment, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and 24-hour emergency access.

Provides in office or telehealth therapy at all locations. Can also provide in-home or in-office behavioral health services for children, ages 4-18 and their families. BHIS services can also be done via telehealth as well. 

Offers to teach important life and career skills to young people from all backgrounds through immersive career experiences and mentorship provided by community and business leaders. Equip young people with character, leadership and life skills that can be used both today and in their future careers. Co-ed.

Provides general medical care clinic open to anyone in need.

Counseling can help strengthen your family, develop your relationships and prevent small problems from getting out of control. Individual, family and group therapists assess and treat everything from everyday stress to chronic mental health disorders.

Outpatient substance use disorder services are available for persons who have used drugs or alcohol or have been diagnosed as chemically dependent, if they can be treated in the community.
