Provides help to individuals with development to achieve life goals. Offers participants social-emotional support and acts as a bridge in making connections to immediate needs, as well as developing life-changing skills. The program has 3 phases, each phase lasting 60 days. The participant will meet one on one with a Fountain of Youth professional each week to see how they are progressing with their goals and what can be done to help. This program consists of each participant making an individual success plan that pertains to one of the following areas: knowledge of self and others, citizenship, basic life skills, education, health and wellbeing, financial literacy and workplace success. The program is a minimum of 60 days commitment and a maximum of 6 months.

Offers the Counseling Center for Military Sexual Trauma (MST) cases no matter what the period of service. The center provides family and marital counseling, bereavement counseling; counseling for post-traumatic stress disorder; anxiety, anger and any issues dealing with readjustment.

Provides community events, adult classes such as English as a second language and citizenship classes. Also helps with applications and forms. 

Provides health care and specialty health care services, including mental health care. Can also provide family and internal medicine services.

Offers workshops that teach individuals and families how to get more out of money and how to save money for financial goals. This is a series of workshops that are a blend of instruction and hands on activities so each concept can be mastered. 

Maintains county parks and recreation areas and provides hunter safety classes, camping, fishing and boating information. Outdoor recreational opportunities are available through county parks and outdoor wildlife areas.

Provides supportive services to victims of sexual assault and educational services to at-risk populations. Services include medical advocacy/hospital response, individual counseling, group counseling, legal advocacy (assistance with civil/stalking no contact orders), 24-hour crisis hotline, referrals, and prevention education.

Provides Farmer's Market vouchers to persons 60 and older during the months of June and July.

Provides Christmas Dinner 2025 on Sunday December 21, 2025. Dinner go go boxes will be available for walk-up pick up at the front door from 12 pm-1:30 pm , follow the signs for vehicle pick at the side door on Dorgan Place. Delivery service will start at 11 am. Please call Brenda at (563) 583-1779, Mon-Thu from 7 am-3:30 pm to order a home delivered meal. Deadline to order is Wednesday December 17, 2025.

Advises and aids veterans and their dependents in applying for federal benefits through compensation or pension claims. Emergency financial assistance for basic necessities such as rent, utilities, burial expense and food may be available. Can also assists with applications for benefits made available by federal, state or local laws.

Offering Christmas baskets on December 16th, 2025, at 10 am-11 am.

Provides early childhood education and a school-readiness program for low-income families with children ages 3-5. Program staff work with the entire family to meet all the needs that might create barriers for children in learning.
