Rosecrance - Walnut Street
Housing program which provides stable housing and essential support services for people with serious mental illness.
Services begin with a screening to help get people of all ages to the right treatment. May follow with individual therapy that leads to group therapy, or crisis care that leads to stable housing.
Services include:

- Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and medication management;

Offers parental training and enrichment program that offers education and family support services. The primary goal is to strengthen parent-child relationships, reinforce parenting skills, and promote child growth and development so that all children develop a strong foundation for learning.
Salvation Army Capital Area Command
Salvation Army Angel Tree Sign-ups will be online, to register, visit the website www.saangeltree.org. Registration for toys begins October 1, 2025 and will end November 15, 2025. If issues occur with the website or if individual doesn't have internet, call for further assistance. Can only sign children up that are ages 12 and under. (Salvation Army Angel Tree Program is a Toys for Tots program).
Voices of Hope
Provides a 24 hour crisis line staffed by staff and trained volunteers who provide immediate access to crisis counseling and information and referral services to victims and secondary others of domestic abuse and sexual assault.
Protection order application assistance and criminal justice legal advocacy.
Call for domestic violence/sexual abuse support group availability.
Conley Outreach Community Services - Elburn
Provides limited, short-term financial assistance to local individuals and families through the Good Samaritan Fund for rent and utilities.

Investigates complaints of discrimination in the areas of employment, housing, public accommodations, and financing.
Clayton County Sheriff's Office
Offers law enforcement services to the Clayton County area. Issues gun/firearm permits, runs requested background checks, and manages the county Jail. Also provides a tip line for the public to report suspected criminal activity. Callers who provide information on this line may remain anonymous.
SAIL - Main Office
Provides peer support counseling, information and referral to services that help disabled individuals, skills training, advocacy for persons with disabilities and their families and disability awareness and leadership education. Working with individuals in their homes or in locations convenient to the individual.
Nebraska City Job Center
Employment services including job matching and referral, job search and job placement assistance, career guidance and assessment, employer services, labor market information, apprenticeships, veteran services, resume design, interview skills development, and a variety of other programs and services.
Computers with internet available.
Many services also apply to out-of-school individuals ages 14-24 with employment barriers, including:

Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa - Sioux City
Offers a variety of camping experiences for girls ages 5-17, including established camps and day camps.
CAMP SACAJAWEA is located on 405 acres of wooded ravines and plateaus bordering the Des Moines River, providing opportunities for exploration and outdoor activities.
CAMP TANGLEFOOT, situated partially along the shore of Clear Lake, spans 50 acres and features a meadow for play, forest trails for hiking, and chances to observe wildlife in the prairie and marsh.
CAMP JOY HOLLOW, located on 360 acres in the Loess Hills north of Sioux City, is ideal for year-round indoor and outdoor troop activities.
CAMP JULIETTE, set on 27 wooded acres within Marshalltown city limits, offers a natural environment with spring wildflowers and frequent sightings of deer. Additionally, approximately 15 day camps are held throughout the Council during the summer.
Camperships are available to provide scholarships or tuition assistance for children and youth who may otherwise be unable to attend camp, ensuring accessibility for all participants.
CCSI Case Coordination - Bloomington Office
Provides an opportunity for a caregiver to receive appropriate, temporary, substitute care and supervision of a functionally impaired person. Aim is to enable the caregiver to maintain his or her support/assistance to the older person. Respite services can be used for a variety of reasons such as a day out with friends, to attend church, vacation, and attend support group meetings.
Western Illinois Area Agency On Aging
Area Agency on Aging and Aging and Disability Resource Center ensures coordinated, accessible services for older persons and persons with disabilities.
Services funded (and provided by other agencies) include: home delivered meals, congregate meals, transportation, information and assistance, outreach, legal assistance, caregiver assistance and, respite, and elder abuse education and prevention.
Provides information for caregivers and grandparents raising grandchildren.
Braden Counseling Center - Sterling
Offers medication management, a strategy for engaging with patients to create a holistic approach to mental health. It includes prescribing medication, possibly changes to an existing prescription or simply refilling a current medication.
