Village of South Elgin Parks and Recreation
Provides Pre-K to children ages 2-1/2 to 5 in part-time half day sessions. The facility provides preparation for kindergarten, as well as basic academic and craft projects. See website for brochure and information on all programming.

Provides various behavioral health services to individuals with disabilities. Behavioral health services include:
- Psychiatric evaluation.
- Medication management.
- 24/7 crisis intervention.
- Coordinated Case Management.
- Outpatient individual and group therapy services.
- Substance use treatment for co-occurring disorders.
Wright County Offices
Maintains and provides access to official real estate documents, contracts, articles of incorporation, partnerships, state and federal tax liens, military records, birth, divorce, death, and marriage records. Offers services for issuing and renewing licenses for ATVs, boats, snowmobiles, hunting, and fishing, as well as marriage licenses and certificates. Operates as a Passport acceptance facility with photo services and processes military records for tax exemptions and benefits.
Additionally, issues public health permits to certify compliance with health laws for various facilities and institutions. Services include the establishment of standards, review of applications, issuance of permits, and enforcement of compliance through inspections and monitoring.

Provides in office or telehealth therapy at all locations. Can also provide in-home or in-office behavioral health services for children, ages 4-18 and their families. BHIS services can also be done via telehealth as well.

Offers free individual and/or group counseling for individuals ages 10–24 who have been socialized and/or identify as female. This includes cisgender girls, cisgender women, transgender persons and non-binary individuals.

Community colleges include Scott, Clinton, and Muscatine Community Colleges. Offers certificate, diploma, and degree programs and provide continuing education opportunities in many areas.
Non-traditional Careers for Women and Minorities program encourages women to follow higher-paying, non-traditional careers. Short-term, pre-vocational training is available.

Individuals can receive up to $100/year when funds are available.

Bus service within Omaha city limits, Bellevue, Council Bluffs, Ralston, Papillion, and LaVista. Weekday a.m. and p.m. rush hour Express Service to and from downtown Omaha.
Express ORBT Bus Service available on Dodge Street in Omaha.
Bus route schedules and maps are available online. Riders can track buses live at myride.ometro.com. Users may also sign up for MyRide text alerts to be notified of any service interruptions, detours, or closed stops. Printed schedules are available by request at Metro headquarters or riders can call customer service for help.
Employers may have pass programs for employees or students that allow them to ride the bus with their employee or student ID; employees should ask their Human Resources Departments what mass transit options they offer.
