Provides an early intervention program. Services are designed to improve a child’s growth in the areas of language, speech, motor coordination, self-help skills, and social development. Developmental, physical, and speech therapies are available as part of the comprehensive overall early intervention program. Parental involvement is an integral part of the program. This approach is designed to teach parents how to incorporate these skills into their child’s daily routines. 

Offers The Senior Tech Connect Program which is committed to helping improve the mental and emotional well-being of seniors. Provides devices that are video chat capable to help keep seniors connected with friends and family.

Engages clients in structured activities centered on personal choice, individualized care, and goal setting. The program offers social interaction and community engagement. Typical activities range from day trips and volunteering with local organizations to working on personal goals like self-advocacy, health monitoring, and adaptive skills.

County level services provide direct emergency economic aid for vital necessities to veterans, their widow, and dependents, according to their needs. Personal visits for assistance and claims to housebound veterans or dependents. Must have an honorable or under honorable conditions discharge from active duty or wartime service. Must be a resident in Nebraska for the past one year.

State level services do not require wartime service. Assist in completing applications for the Nebraska Veterans Aid Fund; fee exempt fishing and hunting permits; applications to the Nebraska Veterans Homes; waivers of tuition.

Federal level services provide and/or complete Veteran Administration forms for claims relating but not limited to service connected compensation, disability pension, widow's pension, burial allowance, grave markers/headstones, educational benefits, home loans, insurance, indebtedness, and character of service upgrades.

Case management services for victims of gun violence and their families, as well as for perpetrators of gun violence and their families.

- Counseling Referrals: Case Managers will assist in finding appropriate referrals to providers in the community for both individual and group therapy.

- Community Resource Referrals: Case Managers will help clients navigate and understand available community resources, including food, clothing, housing, partner social service agencies, etc.

State Supplement adds to the benefits of the federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Program to bring the income of aged and disabled individuals up to the need of standards of Nebraska. Additionally, some persons are not eligible for SSI payments, but qualify for a State Supplement payment because of different standards and regulations.

State Disability provides aid to needy persons who have a disability expected to last for at least six months, but less than the 12 months required to be eligible for the federal Supplemental Security Income Program.

Empowers people with disabilities to attain new skills and techniques so they are able to participate in daily living, recreational/social opportunities, and vocational/volunteering activities. Services work to assist people in mastering skills they need to live independently, like accessing public transportation, managing a personal budget, promoting self-advocacy, teaching home-making skills, utilizing community services, and obtaining assistive devices and durable medical equipment.

Provides an information and referral service that works with clients to identify needs, develop solutions, utilize qualified partners and make the appropriate referrals.

Offers affordable housing for seniors.

Offers a variety of recreation programs for children, youth, and adults. Activities offered include archery, baseball, basketball, football, kickball, soccer, and softball.

Provides the city government departments and other city information.
