Provides free retreats combining respite, recreation and support, for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families through the various stages of a child’s illness. The program is offered year-round and has the distinction of having been designed to serve the entire family in a retreat model. The program is free of charge to families and includes on-site medical support. Travel assistance is also available and prioritized for families attending Camp Sunshine for the first time. The program serves families of children with cancer, hematologic conditions, renal disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, and those who have undergone solid organ transplantation. Offering programs to children and families at various stages of illness, and seek to provide forums for families in unique circumstances within the general populations that it serves. Bereavement programs are also offered to families who have attended in the past or who have experienced the death of a child from a supported illness.

Access point for the community's homeless response system. Individuals and families who are at imminent risk of homelessness (no house, apartment, etc, to stay at tonight) can visit for services or call. Case managers will triage with a possibility of completing an assessment. Clients may then be referred to shelter or other local resources.
