The program offers a tax-free stipend for those who meet income guidelines, transportation reimbursement, and monthly training sessions.

Offers interpretation and translation services by 130 interpreters, covering 60 different languages. Free 24/7 Statewide Emergency Interpretation Hotline in 220 languages. Landlords - offers a free phone interpretation hotline to help landlords and limited-English-speaking tenants communicate better during challenging conversations (Rent and lease negotiations, lease terminations, maintenance notifications and repairs). The Housing Interpretation Hotline is available 24/7 and offers over 150 languages.

Provides immunizations including Tdap boosters, measles/mumps/rubella (MMR) vaccinations, Hepatitis B vaccine series, and annual vaccines. 

Offers business and Industry Loan Guarantees that are available for business and industrial development in rural areas to create and maintain employment, expand and to improve economic climate. Eligible borrowers include Public bodies, Community-based non-profit corporations, Federally-recognized Tribes Funds can be used to purchase, construct, and/or improve essential community facilities, purchase equipment and pay related project expenses.

Provides eligible low-income residents of Jasper County with one-time emergency financial assistance for rent, utility assistance, one month refill on certain medications, and indigent burial expense assistance.  Payments are made directly to the provider. No personal loans are provided.

Created so that eligible children and adults who have a disability could obtain legal advice and representation to protect and enforce their rights guaranteed by Illinois' mental health laws. Attorneys provide needed assistance to persons with disabilities in a variety of settings:

- Mental health facilities.

- Residential programs.

- Community placements.

- Nursing homes.

Issues addressed include, but are not limited to: admission and discharge from hospitalization, adequate treatment, refusal of unwanted services, and confidentiality of mental health records. Assistance takes the form of information, referral, and legal representation in court hearings and administrative proceedings.

Provides a voluntary program for individuals receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits to assist with skill development and employment. Services include job search support, structured job search activities, and classroom training, which includes computer literacy instruction to help participants learn or improve their skills in using computers, hardware, and various software applications.
