Information and counseling about Affordable Care Act (ACA) insurance options are available, including assistance with enrollment in health insurance plans through the marketplaces, facilitated by trained navigators and application counselors. All services are open to individuals regardless of background or circumstances.

Midwest Wellness and Recovery

Offers a range of outpatient services for individuals in need. Including intensive outpatient program (IOP) for individuals who require more support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not need 24-hour supervision. IOP is an ideal choice for individuals transitioning from inpatient care or need structured support while continuing with your daily life. Services also include a standard outpatient program for individuals who have completed more intensive levels of care or who require ongoing support to maintain their recovery. Or a partial hospitalization program (PHP) which offers a higher level of care for individuals who need intensive treatment but do not require overnight hospitalization. PHP is ideal if you are transitioning from residential care or need comprehensive support to stabilize your recovery while living at home.
