Omni Inventive Care - Lincoln Office

Provides therapeutic and skill-building interventions within the home. Families referred may have severe mental health issues, abuse or neglect issues, or youth with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances. The major goal of this program is to prevent an out-of-home placement of the youth to reunify families and stabilize placement. Omni provides this service to preserve the family’s integrity and prevent unnecessary out-of-home placements, to put adolescents and their families in touch with community resources for long term outside support, and to strengthen the family’s coping skills and capacity to function effectively in the community after treatment is completed.

Sober living recovery homes and halfway houses provide wraparound support for individuals in early recovery. Also offers supportive housing for individuals living with mental health disorders.

Adult outpatient services include therapy, specialty care such as TMS therapy and MAT, family support and education, psychiatric care, intensive community-based case management, and fulfillment of legal behavioral healthcare requirements related to court systems.

Connections provides comprehensive support services aimed at fostering coping, problem-solving, and self-management for individuals with diagnosed mental illnesses. The center offers morning refreshments, including coffee and doughnuts, as well as a midday meal. The program emphasizes daily living skills, recreational and social activities, and developmental support to help participants enhance functional skills for community involvement, self-advocacy, and self-care.

Activity rooms are available for recreational and social engagement or relaxation, providing opportunities for personal and social development in a structured environment. 

Connections also maintains a donation room stocked with clothing, shoes, coats, gloves, and other essentials, updated frequently to meet client needs. Staff members assist with housing searches, accessing medical benefits, and connecting clients to additional services and resources.

Offers an educational course on home buying for those looking to become more knowledgeable in purchasing a new home. Lessons focus on preparing for home ownership, shopping for a home, securing a mortgage, closing the loan, and being a home owner. Upon completion of the lessons, individuals may earn a homebuyer's certificate to take to your local lender. To earn a homebuyer's certificate, complete all six lessons and taking/passing the final test earns a homebuyer’s certificate. Many home loan programs require completion of a homebuyer course to qualify for a loan. Participants may access the course any time of day from any computer with Internet access.
