IMPACT Community Action Partnership – Jasper County

**If you need financial assistance and cannot get through on the main phone number, you can try the following: Email your name, phone number and brief reason for help to [email protected] OR you can apply online.

LIHEAP (low income home energy assistance program) provides assistance with a utility bill. Applications are accepted November 1 – April 30; for elderly (60+) or disabled individuals applications are accepted starting October 1. Income must fall within 200% of poverty guideline. Call for an appointment. A letter has been sent to those who may be eligible for early application in August or September.

**This program is not designed to pay a household's total energy costs. The program will provide supplemental assistance based on several factors. This is a one-time payment to your energy provider.
