Senior Services of Central Illinois
Provide a variety of money management services to low-income seniors who have difficulty managing their finances. Services include assisting with opening/organizing mail, budgeting, checkbook balancing, bill paying, and/or managing monthly Social Security benefits (as a bill payer or representative payee).
HACAP - Urban Site
Offers to assist home owners or renters who have a disconnect notice or have missed a payment on a pay arrangement. Can also assist homeowners who have a back bill. If funds are available, households may receive emergency assistance with furnace repair/replacement (if a homeowner) and/or emergency delivery of deliverable fuel. Clients need to have been LIHEAP approved during our program year (October 1 through April 30) or they can complete a crisis application.

All children receive health and developmental screenings, nutritious meals, oral health and mental health support. Parents and families are supported in achieving their goals, such as housing stability, continued education and financial security. The Head Start program engages families around children's learning and development.

Offers services to help job seekers find and keep employment, services include: career coaching, job search assistance, education assistance, and referrals to community resources.
Fifth Street Renaissance/SARA Center
Provides HIV, Hepatitis C, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia counseling and mobile testing services during evening and late-night hours in locations where high-risk behavior (drug activity, sexual activity, etc.) is known to occur. The program also aims to reduce harm by offering sterile injection supplies and equipment to prevent the transmission of blood-borne infectious diseases and other health complications. Supplies may include sterile needles, syringes, alcohol swabs, and sharps disposal containers, among others, and are available to support safe injection practices, including hormone injection for trans, gender-diverse, and two-spirited individuals.

Sieda Community Resource Center - Wapello County
Offers to work with registered child care providers to improve the nutritional level of the children they serve via nutrition classes and home visits. The program reimburses registered providers for providing USDA approved meals and snacks, thus ensuring the nutrition children need to grow.
Wabash Area Development - Saline/Gallatin County
Provides necessary work clothing required to keep or obtain a job such as steel-toed boots, nursing scrubs, uniforms, etc. Computers are available for public use to construct resumes, do job search, fill out online job applications, etc.
MercyOne Iowa Heart Center
Human Resources Center - Marshall Forsythe Center
Provides work training services for individuals with intellectual, developmental, learning, medical, or physical disabilities as well as substance use and mental health disorders. These work training activities are paid work and non-competitive. Participants are provided with opportunities to explore their personal vocational interests, develop skills, and receive assistance in obtaining competitive community employment.

Responsible for the detention of individuals charged with various local and state offenses. Persons arrested and lodged or detained following a court appearance are processed through the Corrections Department. Persons also serve sentences of one year or less with the Department.

Nebraska Children's Home Society - North Platte
Serves all Nebraska adoptive families - international, domestic infant, private, step-parent and foster adoptive families. Advocates for the special interests of adoptive families and connects families to one another. Six core services include Permanency Support Services, Respite Care Connections, Parent2Parent Network, Mental Health Connections, Training, and Support Groups and Family Activities.
Case management available for up to 180 days. Individualized family plan designed and implemented with the family's input.
Assists post adoptive and guardianship families in locating formal and informal respite providers and can provide financial assistance for respite services (limited). All families who receive financial respite assistance through the program will be asked to attend a training.
Mentoring in partnership with Nebraska Foster and Adoptive Parent Association (NFAPA) to assist in providing peer mentoring services to post adoptive and guardianship families.
Mental health services - locates and refers families to professional post adoption and guardianship providers.
Training opportunities that can support skill building on issues related to adoption.
Support groups and networks for families and youth where social networks can be created and peer support can be achieved.
